Hi Praful - I rarely use an alarm clock.  I typically wake up at the same time everyday.

I don't even use an alarm clock. I can set my body to wake within 15 minutes of most any time. I typically can't wait to get back at it and right to it, so I get up almost as soon as I wake. I have a Miracle Morning routine, so it's always exciting to start the day.

Never. I do not need an alarm clock to be up early Praful. Its my nature.

I have a built in alarm....I'm up at 5:00am every morning.....sometimes 4:00am.... I haven't owned anything with an alarm for 20 years....

No clocks allowed in the master bedroom.  My rule. 

Never. My alarm is across the room and I must get up to turn it off.

Funny thing Praful, same issue for me today - maybe something in the air...?

On average I'd say I hit the snooze button once...today, I turned it off and stayed in bed.

Praful Thakkar I don't believe I'm ever hit the snooze button. Four times - I think you needed the rest.

I usually just get up though occasionally once.

I don't know where the snooze button even is on the alarm clock, have never used it.  In fact, go a step further, I dont set the alarm.   Body just gets up at 6am ready each day.

What's an alarm clock? I am up at 6 AM everyday wether I like it or not. :)

Never as I do not have one and am always up at 5:30 am!

Too many times, and sometimes I just shut the alarm off and got back to sleep. 

I never got in the habit of setting a snooze button. I set the alarm as late as possible, then get up (unless I wake earlier!)

I don't without fail I wake up between 04:30-05:30 without any alarm

Awake at 3:30am without an alarm. Snooze? Hell no!

There's a snooze button on the alarm clock?  Is it where you wind it up?

I use an alarm clock but I'm usually up before it goes off. 

Not even once because I do not set an alarm clock. I know when I need to wake up and it happens every time. I do have an alarm clock in case my internal one stops working.

I don't normally set the alarm unless I have to be at the airport at a certain time! Otherwise, I like to get up when it starts getting light outside. 

I have not used an alarm clock in so many years, I wouldn't even know how to turn it on. A waste of time.

I don't use an alarm.  I'm always up between 4:30 and 5:30 a.m...I love the early mornings, I can think about my clients and what I need to do for them and that's when I get my best ideas...

It happens to me too. But for now my daughter is my alarm clock. She will shake me  every few minutes till I finally get up.

You snooze, you lose! 

     I automatically wake up at 6:00AM.... then I fall asleep again... then my wife calls out to me that it is now 6:15AM.  I finally get up at about 6:25AM

I like the days I don't hit it all. But there are days that i hit it two or three times before getting up. :(

I don't.  Evelyn gets up first.  She's my "snooze" button.  I don't dare hit her!

We don't use them anymore - internal clock wakes me between 330 and 430!

Whats an alarm clock?

Some days, once or twice.  Most days, not at all.  I need to keep up with my east coast business so I'm out of bed and working early.

I don't use an alarm clock and get up at 6am every day without fail. If I am under the weather or the little ones have been crying and keeping us up then I might sleep in until 630am.

It depends on if it is after a night like tonight, where I can't sleep.  Most of the time I have my own built in alarm clock - 5:15.
