Only signed broker agreement leads. Got a company trying to get me interested. This zip code is across from Aple and the buyer's budget is 400-500K. The cheapest housing on the market today is 800K over their cap. You think most realtors are motivated to do that? I think those leads are often bogus.

Not always, we have so many referring partners it is hard to keep up. I can also see the leads beyond the single acquisition, for example if I do a workshop and a referring agent attends with a lead question and we are able to meet the need, it is a lead we would not have otherwise had. There are many levels to lead and client aquisition. Great Question.

It is very difficult to track client acquisition costs. My decisions on the costs of leads have been determined the the results from those leads. Lead providers are not all the same and the quality of most is just above the terrible level.
