Set a schedule. Family first, then business. Time is so short and fleeing. I would set your real estate schedule around family time. I always get up earlier than everyone else to go over my email and decipher what I needed to do for the day. Then I did most of the phone calls and appointments when the kids were in school.
Do not overwork on any.
As Gary Keller said, there is NO WORK-LIFE balance! It's all about balanc'ing'!
Praful nailed this one!
block out the family time!
Great question. I think it's a pursuit. For me, there are a few things that helped me along the way:
(2) Time blocking
(3) Charting progress/ success
I plan to blog about this!
Good question! I'm still trying to find the right answer.
Set a schedule, and stick to it! You have to scehdule in family time, and keep those appointments too!
Setting boundaries. They can be flexible, but you have to make time for other important things in life... family, food, paying bills, and having some recharge time.
