So, Ron Tiller , who are you, anyway?
I have been a licensed real estate salesperson and Realtor®, working full time in Southwest MI real estate, since 1990. My lovely wife Meg joined me in the business in March of 1999. During this time, we have had the pleasure of meeting and helping hundreds of families and individuals with their real estate needs. Some of these needed help buying or selling a home or investment property and some have just needed some free advice. We realize and appreciate that every persons' needs are unique and we always strive to make your real estate transaction as smooth and as pleasant as possible, always with a written satisfaction guarantee available.
All about us
Prior to entering the real estate business, I worked most of my life in the residential construction business as a home builder. This allowed me to learn all of the ins and outs of home construction, helping me to spot, and evaluate the severity of, any problems in a home that my clients are thinking of purchasing. This knowledge also helps me determine the easiest and least expensive fixes for any problems that a home seller may need to take care of before placing a home on the market.
Meg has worked in the customer service world for many years and it shows. Her concern for the unique needs of each client is amazing and a real comfort to clients during the stress filled process of buying or selling homes. When an offer is written for your home, we prepare a report that shows you exactly how much you should expect to net at the sale. Then, a couple of days prior to settlement day, we provide a precise, to the penny, accounting for you. That way there are no last minute surprises. Unfortunately, real estate transactions are somewhat adversarial. It's only natural because home sellers want more and home buyers want to pay less. A large part of our purpose in the transaction is to help both sides keep their emotions under control so that the final result is a WIN/WIN situation. We have a reputation in the real estate community for being fair and yet firm in our representation of our clients best interests.
6. After The Sale
For us, and for our clients, it is not over when it is over. Whether you are buying or selling a home, it is a time filled with emotions. As we share your emotions, we will develop a relationship that goes far beyond the real estate transaction. We will become friends. As our friends, your life after the sale is very important to us. We want to know what happens in your life and we will share our life events with you. We may call you out of the blue just to see how things are going. We may stop by to see what you have done to your new home. And we will certainly let you know about us through the newsletter that we regularly send to our past clients and other friends. Our newsletter is about things you can do for your home and, more importantly, it is about life in general with some good, old fashioned, down home advice.
