| Sean does a great job managing our property for us. He has always been available within minutes via email for questions or comments. He does quarterly inspections of the property and sends detailed reports with pictures and recommendations on how to best maintain the house. Sean has a network of businesses to help maintain the property that have been reliable and gave us great deals. When we had an emergency (leaky water heater), he reacted quickly and proficiently, maintaining our expenses to the bare minimum and keeping the tenant happy in the face of the unfortunate event. I've started to use Sean's services two years ago as a new home owner and I've found in Sean great support when asking for advise. I've used his services twice also to find tenants for my property. The first time he presented to us a nice couple that took great care of our property for almost two years. The second time he found another couple within two week, managing to keep the property empty for only two days. Needless to say, I highly recommend Sean's property management services. |

| Sean was excellent to work with for both transactions (Home purchase and renting out old house) and continues to provide excellent service as the property manager for our old house. Sean is very easy to work with and was easy to get in touch with for questions throughout both the purchase and rental processes (he is especially quick at returning emails which is probably the easiest way to stay in touch with him, and also a convenient way for me). I felt that with Sean's assistance throughout the process that we ended up buying a house we love, and renting out our old house at a competitive market rate. He completed a walk through with the new tenants and provided a very detailed report with pictures of the houses' move in condition. So far I am also very pleased with his work on my behalf as the property manager for our rental property. |

| I own MAIDS TO THE RESCUE & have performed many cleanings for Sean over the last year & a half. Sean has always dealt with every account on a professional level, payments are always settled in a timely manner & he is always available for anything we need. In the process of preforming the cleans I have spoke with a couple of clients of Seans Property Management,& they all have said how happy they are with Seans abilty to manage their properties. Not one customer I have came across ever had anything negative to say in this regard. We also used Sean in the process of buying & closing on our home we purchased.
