Mike Merrill is a Co-Founder of Quick-Estates, a top ranked Real Estate firm in both the Western and Southeastern Michigan. Mike is responsible for the leadership and growth of Quick-Estates.

After getting into the business Mike became a Realtor at a well-known Real Estate firm in Southeastern Michigan, Jeff Glover & Associates. Shortly thereafter Mike became the number one Realtor at Jeff Glover & Associates for both Total Homes Sold and Sales Volume.

After making the decision to go out on his own, Mike and his business partner, Martin Ivezaj then founded Quick-Estates. Mike’s goal was to create the most simple, easy, and risk free experience for clients that could be recreated every single time.

In 2014 Mike’s efforts helped Quick-Estates sales volume rise 647% Year-Over-Year. For 2015 Mike has set the pace to help Quick-Estates achieve $80,000,000 in sales volume.

Understanding that the community always needs a helping hand, Mike has pledged donations from Quick-Estates to The Red Cross and The Salvation Army. In 2016, Mike plans to have Quick-Estates donate $100,000 worth of goods and capital to nonprofit companies Quick-Estates supports.
