My name is Monica Isabell and I am a Real Estate Consultant and Estate Planner with Keller Williams Realty / Marina Office.  I am a single mother with a wonderful teenage daughter.   I absolutely love working on my business and learning about real estate and estate planning and how they actually go hand-in-hand.  My client base and my referrals are mostly those who seek out how to protect thier assets; How to avoid probate and how to sell their properties for the most amount of money, in the least amount of time with as little stress as possible.   Thats the fun part.  

I've been in the real estate industry for many years, mostly on investment side. Over the last 7 years, I have been active in sales and acquistions.   One thing about real estate is that no deals are ever the same.  I have learned something new with each and every deal.  Amazing!  

Besides my work, I love cooking, gardening, dancing, playing golf, tennis and I especially love my weekend getaways!  That is my time to rejuvenate and renew.
