Have you heard of the book "Holigent Solution" by A. Nicholas Frank? I have not either. It is an amazing book. Many years ago, I received an Active Rain referral to sell a duplex here in Los Angeles. I was thrilled to have the opportunity, FYI the sellers were three siblings living in three different states. I just finished showing the vacant duplex and an older couple pulled up as I was locking up the property. The driver asked if they could go look at it. Needless to say, I said sure. It turned out they ended up buying the duplex as an investment property.Three days before we closed, he and his wife did a final walkthrough, and everything was fine. Speechless Sunday: Repurposing is important.
