I am a full time, top producer REALTOR and a lifetime resident of Santa Cruz County. My passion is helping others which I accomplish through both my real estate profession and mentoring skills. (My daughter says I should have been a teacher). My clients benefit from my extensive real estate training, education at UC Santa Cruz and USC in Psychology, Education and Counseling and over 30 years experience in the field of marketing and advertising. Whether you are buying or selling, my goal is to get you the best price and protect your interests in the transaction.
After years of buying and selling real estate for myself, I decided to become a realtor to assist others in the stressful but rewarding process of acquiring and protecting real estate assets. Ten years later my goal remains to help my clients thru the challenging time of making large financial decisions and protecting their interests in every step of the sale or purchase transaction. I live by the Realtor Code of Ethics. My highest obligation is to see that my clients are fully informed so they can make the best decision for them. I work with a team of professionals, both in lending and inspecting, who's goal, like mine, is to offer the best service in the industry and make your transaction as smooth and satisfactory as humanly possible.

In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, scuba diving, travel, gardening and relaxing with family and friends.
I'm especially familiar with homes from the Ocean in Santa Cruz to the Los Gatos mountains (as opposed to south county) Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, Felton, Ben Lomond, Los Gatos mountains. I have sold a lot of homes in the Santa Cruz mountains so can help with questions on septic, wells and water systems typical of mountain properties. I also have certification as a Senior Residential Specialist (that now means boomers and up!). I am a member of The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World which gives me access to a nationwide network of realtors in other areas and a variety of relocation assistence and services for my clients.

| Buying a house is the biggest investment of your life, you have to trust this endeavor to someone who has integrity, honesty, experience, expertise, and especially, watches out for your very best interest, first and foremost. That someone is Millou Rose. She is simply the best, bar none. Getting Millou onboard in helping me buying a house is the best thing which I have done. She was simply a God-sent angel in helping a nervous first time buyer like me navigating through a complex process of searching and purchasing a house, not only a house, but a dream house. | "I met with many real estate agents prior to selecting Millou and Mike. I estimated that I would spend about fifty thousand dollars in real estate fees. What I wanted in an agent was two things; knowledge of my particular area and services. Most agents did not know the Beach Hill area and could only provide generic comps and gave me long lists of what I would have to do. Millou and Mike were the only ones who actually knew Beach Hill well and assured me that they would take care of all issues that may arise. | This was our first home purchase and how lucky we were to run into Millou as she opened up a home for viewing that we found on Redfin. We had been searching for an agent in the midst of home hunting and were not too impressed with the folks we interviewed. Millou is different. She gets it. She understands what we were going thru and behaved accordingly, going to great extents to help us locate and secure our dream home. I know this must sound like an advertisement, but it’s sincere. She is polite, considerate, funny, and very well informed and capable of navigating the toughest of real estate landscapes. We must have viewed over a dozen homes over the course of maybe six months and never did she hesitate to show the property, obtain documents, discover comps, and most importantly dig into the details with us, guiding and consulting us thru the maze of reports and details needed to absorb to make the best decision. She also helped with locating the best resources for inspections and repairs. In the end, we got our perfect place and the best price and an amazing loan rate. We attribute this all to Millou.
