Lee grew up in the Pasadena area, as part of a "real estate" household, and attended Flintridge Prep, Boston University and Temple University. Representing a 3rd generation in real estate, his Award winning real estate production is backed by 15 years in architecture, reflecting a passion for the clients needs and the spaces they inhabit. The current 2019 market also requires Lee's experience with buyer strategies in multiple offer situations, as well as seller strategies to maximize sale price. While his foundation in construction, private home design, and national client management also add valuable perspectives, ranging from understanding home inspection issues to tough negotiations.
