After leaving a career in a fortune 500 company I delved into the world of Real Estate. For the past 15 years I have been a consistent top producer and satisfier of clients. Our company is the largest in sales in NH. My diverse backgrounds allow me to be excellent at strategy, planning, and execusion. I deliver results, not just promises! I am certified in new construction, relocation, and have been one of the top 12 agents in the company three times (of over 500 agents). I have a BS degree in Business and Finance, and the following designations...ABR (Accredited Buyer's Rep), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation which is only held by less than 4% of all realtors in the US. Other awards have included the Honor Society, Leading Edge Society, and President's award. Licensed in both NH and Mass, I take care of buying and selling on both sides of the border.
We deal with many first time home buyers as they are the ones that need that extra special attention to help them through an unfamiliar process. We offer advice and help with securing financing and will deal with buyers no matter how small thieir purchase may be. All of out clients are given our full attention. We work all of Rockingham and Hillsborough counties as well as Essex county in Mass but will go almost anywhere that our clients need us to go. We also list all types and prices of homes, whatever our clients need.
