I have been in Real Estate for almost 7years, and was an owner of a Real Estate Company for 6 of them. I am a hard working mother of 3 and enjoy the Loon Mountain Area for all it has to offer my young children. Growing up in Northern NH , I realized that being centrally located in the state allowed for day trips to Northern or Southern NH, MA and beyond with little time spent in the car.
I specialize in the Loon Mountain Area , listing and selling Residential and Mobile Homes, Condominiums, Vacation Quartershare Units and Land Parcels. I have been involved in transactions where I represent the Seller in marketing and procuring the right Buyer for their property, as well as finding Buyers the property that best matches their needs, or aspirations for a vacation property. The Loon Mountain Area is a beautiful ski-resort town, nestled amongst the vast White Mountain National Forest, which offers four seasons of outdoor activities.
