If you are looking for the best deal, I will find it for you.  Everyone is looking for that great REO property, but more often than not, they are not the best deal!  Not only are they a pain, but the banks have way to much control.  Colorado is known for being very buyer friendly, but it doesn't work that way when dealing with a bank.  Give me a call and we can discuss better, more friendly options with the same Great price!
