My name is Jay Almeida and it is my top priority and goal that you have the best real estate experience, bar none. You will also get the best possible service and appreciation possible from my both myself and my team.
I am an Arizona native, born and raised right here in the East Valley. After spending almost my entire professional career in and around the home industry, I consider myself an expert. Having survived many market ups and downs, I created a name and reputation for myself, and have aligned and networked myself with the seasoned best of the best!
For a decade I worked with wholesale manufacturing, distribution, and installation of building materials, interfacing with major Home Builders as the Builder Liaison and Tract Manager. With a degree in International Business/Finance, I moved into mortgage banking and lending, doing what I love best -- helping others attain the American Dream of home ownership. Along the way I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the structure of Real Estate transactions and investments.
A decade later I have come full circle and have found my true passion as a Realtor. Having seen many things, I’m skilled to handle any Real Estate Transaction you have. The process of selling or buying a home can be a tedious and sometimes very complicated one. One of my strong points is making that process very easy and giving you more options than restrictions. No two deals are ever the same and no two clients are ever the same. I tell everyone, “Your business means everything to me.” “If you’re not happy, Fire me.”
