Appleseed Realty GMAC Real Estate 's history dates back to 1977, when it was founded as an independent real estate office on Staten Island by broker/owner Henry Setaro. During that time, our organization was the recipient of multiple awards for excellence in productivity on the local, national, and international levels, as well as being recognized for superior customer service.
