SnowHome Properties is great. We are a small Mom-and-Pop agency with an incredible staff of Agents; production-wise we have some of the top producers in the county. We sell mostly second homes to buyers from all over who want great views and easy access to five (seven really) world class ski resorts. Ever heard of Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper? These are ski mountains whose trails we know as well as the condos at their bases. We are all individual agents but we work as a Team. If you call looking for an agent who is not around, you can talk to an agent who is around. Service at the speed of life, that's our motto. We are here to clarify the confusion, opinionate on the options, and pave the way to smiling while signing on the line.

Certifications
Most of my areas of expertise don't involve Real Estate. Real Estate is an every changing and always learning experience and I certainly wouldn't call myself an expert. Do we sell commercial interests? Yes. Residential? You bet. Do we have all the answers? No. But we will find them, that's most of what we do. Working in this office with so many people that have done so many transactions, we've seen a lot Real Estate quirks and we have the experience to avoid "commissionectomy's." Being an agent I have been learning the structure of fund raisers and charity events. In fact, we recently started a Rotorac (think Rotory for young professionals) club. I think being a good agent involves lots of community exposure and interaction. Someday I hope to be an expert volunteer.
