I have lived, worked, played and worshipped in the Parker County/Weatherford area for going on 20 years.  We relocated to this area from the Metroplex to find a slower paced, quieter lifestyle to bring up our then, 2 young boys, in.  We hand picked Parker County, and more specifically Weatherford, for their highly ranked schools.  We have not regretted the moved west one time in all these years.  Buyers and Sellers will find that I am well-informed about the area, activiites, churches, sports venues, etc. having lived here all these years.  We have always been an active family involved in soccer,Little League, Chuch Basketball leagues, Cub and Boy Scouts, etc. I have a large referral base or contact base and have many friends and contacts from being so involved.

I have earned two designations that have helped me throroughly in my real estate tenure and that is the ABR (Accredited Buyers Rep) designation.  This taught me how to correctly work with and represent buyers in our market. Also the GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute).  This was 3 modules of 30 classroom hours each. This covered all areas of being a Realtor, from handling finances, ,marketing, technology and other areas of real estate.  This was truly some of the best training I have a had as an agent. I am about to earn another designation called a CRES (Certified Real Estate for Seniors).  I will be learning about handling Senior Citizens that are retiring, downsizing, have a lost a spouse, etc. to better help them in selling their home or buying property. 

My personal slogan is "Full-Time REALTOR...Full-Time Service" and that means I am doing this for a living, not just dabbling in it. This allows me to devote all of my attention to my clients, buyers and sellers alike, and to work hard for you at your convenience. I have to work when you are not working and on your schedule, that means evenings and weekends.  If you want an agent that will stick with you and work hard for you - then I'm your agent!
