Frank is the rarest of creatures, a Florida native. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, he earned a degree in Natural Science from the University of South Florida in Tampa. After graduation Frank got a commission in the Navy and went into pilot training. But when a medical condition grounded him he entered the world of finance and worked as a stockbroker for 10 years. He subsequently entered the world of educational publishing and became a successful Regional Sales Manager overseeing 20 reps with an annual volume of over $14 million a year. With his wife Donna and two dogs they have made their home in the Central Florida area for over 35 years.

I am a Florida native born and raised in St Petersburg. After the Navy moved to central Florida over 35 years ago. Have been involved in financial and real estate since that time.
