I assist my client in assessing when they want to be debt free and work on debt reduction strategies to help them meet their short and long term investment goals.
First Time Home buyers. My meeting's with Realtor's and their customers are beneficial in starting the education process. It's no longer about Good Faith Estimates and rates. I councel client and provide a thorough understanding of the mortgage process to set proper expectations to help them make more informed and intelligent financing decisions.
