I am a Real Estate professional with over 40 years of experience in the Chicago market. After serving with the 101st Airborne (1958 -1961). After I returning home I began buying and selling investment propeties. Sold my last property in late 2006. Why "ads were stating RE properties value will double in 7 years".
As a Real Estate Broker (1971) and Certified RE Appraiser (1990) my clients get the the reasonableness conclusions for the market values. I want both the Seller and Buyer understand the market values and they both got a good deal.
