My wife and I work as a team. We have both retired as administrators in the public school system in our area. We love the area and appreciate the opportunity to show Seattle to new clients from out of town as well as help our current residents find new places to live. Our goal is to provide exemplary service in everything we do. Last year we were named as "Five Star Realtors" in the annual Seattle Magazine poll last year. We think this is just the best career we've ever had.
We have worked with buyers and sellers at many levels. We got such a kick out of getting an email from one of our referrals asking if we would have time for another 'first time buyer.' Of course we did. We also have the privilege of working with folks who have lived in the same home for over fifty years and are making the decision to downsize into a retirement village. In every case, we find that our networking ability has been a great help in providing needed services. Every client has different needs and wants and we have the opportunity to tailor our services and the services of other professionals to help meet those needs and wants. We appreciate getting to meet clients and having the chance to turn the 'clients' into trusted friends.
