Get to Know Sue Barchik
Since March of 1990, when I began my real estate career, it has always been my goal to make any transaction that I have been involved with as stress-free as possible for my clients. I strive to maintain a "level head" in all of my transactions, which translates into better decision making for my clients. I feel a common sense approach to most situations can be very useful. Knowledge and education play an important role in staying abreast of an ever-changing real estate market, which is why I have earned the GRI, ABR, ePro and One America Designations and Certifications and why Iook forward to obtaining my CRS Designation in the near future.
Certifications
I am the Relocation Director for my company's award winning Relocation Department. Since 1990, my first year as a REALTOR when I personally won an award for "Most Referrals Sent Closed" while working for another company, I have valued the power of networking with other REALTORS to satisfy the needs of my clients. Along with Relocation, and having the priviledge of marketing on of our areas most popular high-end developments, I also enjoy our areas more rural markets featuring small towns, vacant land, farms, and wooded acreage.
