As I was driving to the Bensalem Real Estate office today I saw lights flashing and heard sirens. There was a car behind me. It was not a police car. I pulled over some to see if he needed to get by me thinking it might be a volunteer fireman. Nothing he stayed behind me. The light was green so I proceeded to turn. He followed again I moved to the right so he could pass me and he did not. Lights still flashing I became nervous and my heart started pounding as I had seen on the news about women being stopped by cars, not police vehicles, and being cautioned to be aware of the dangers. Avon Grove School district covers a variety of different townships, but generally buyers will focus on the school district rather than one particular township when looking for a home.We can see that days on market have dropped as buyers adjusted to the interest rate rises and more inventory came on the market. Current inventory is a little higher than last year, with a median price point of $572,988 compared to $507,450 last year. Inventory accumulation is almost twice what it was last year, but still low overall, anything less than 6 is considered a sellers market.Listings have been steady with about thirty a month, and just less than that pending, with about 13 on average closing.  Let's Talk About Delaire Landing a Gated Riverfront Community. This area seems to be selling very quickly. Price it right and it will sell. Now location and condition are all part of the pricing. The fact that it is gated with security 24/7  of course makes this community very desirable.   There have been many social events in the last month.
