Corpus Christi Texas Housing Report May 2017 The Corpus Christi Housing Market in May 2017 is still fairly good according to the recent report published by the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors compared to May 2016. The Median Home Price is $185,000 which is down 2.6% Compared to May 2016. The Active Listings are up 23.2% with 1,790 in May 2017. The Number of Closed Sales is up 2.2% with 380 Closings in May 2017. Days on the Market Are 112 with 74 Days on the Market and 38 Days To Close.This is 9 days less than May 2016.  There is currently 6 Month Of Inventory Compared to 4.7 Months of Inventory in May 2016. The Price Distribution of Homes in May 2017 is as Follows: $0 - $99,999 = 10.7%$100,000 - $199,999 = 47.1%$200,000 - $299,999 = 26.6%$300,000 - $399,999 = 11%$400,000 - $499,9...

Corpus Christi Texas Housing Report April 2017The Corpus Christi Texas Housing Market is still doing well, compared from April 2016 to April 2017.  The median home price is $178,925 which is down .06% compared to April 2016.   Active listings are up 18.2% with 1,778 active listings/homes for sale in Corpus Christi TX on the market in April 2017.  This is good for buyers with the median price being down, and number of listings being up.  This means there is more to choose from than the same time last year. Closed sales are down 8.6% compared to April 2016.  There were 307 closed sales in Corpus Christi, Texas in April 2017. Days on the market is less this year compared with last year with 70 days on the market, 39 days to close with a total days on the market of 109.  This is 5 days less...

Corpus Christi Texas Housing Market Report March 2017The numbers are finally in from the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors for the Housing Report for March 2017.  Although my first quarter was the best in five years, according to this report some of the numbers are up, and some are down. The average days on the market is 80 and 37 days to close with that being 117 total days on the market.  This is unchanged from March 2016.  Closed sales are down 3.6% with 297 closed in March 2017.There are currently 5.7 months of inventory compared to 4.8 in March 2016.  Active listings are up 17% over the same time last year meaning there is more inventory for buyers to be able to choose from.  This is good for Realtors with more variety of homes to show pot...
