This Home in Corpus Christi is truly stunning.  It has GREAT curb appeal from the moment you drive up.  The red bricks, green grass, and manicured landscaping are just a few things that catch your eye on this home.  When you walk in the front door you will see the main living area and gathering room.  This room is large enough for your living room furniture and also has room for your dining table and chairs as well.  There is laminate wood flooring, neutral colors and just enough natural light to make you say "WOW."  As you continue on you will run into the 2nd living area with a gas log fireplace.  Some people say we don't need it in Corpus Christi, however, we did actually have snow one year for Christmas! The kitchen has a breakfast bar and breakfast nook.  There is also an island a...

Okay,  If you travel through south side Corpus Christi daily then I'm sure you have noticed the past several months of construction on Wooldridge Road from Rodd field to Staples.  I have to agree it has been a long and inconvenient process but fortunately it seems to be coming to an end. Then on the way to an appointment yesterday out into the new  Terra Mar subd.  I no...

I was out showing homes yesterday with a client, we pulled up to the first home we had an appointment to show and get out of the car....   The grass was literally shoulder high;  This was more than one month of growth but,  if that wasn't bad enough apparently the owners of the home were  more than likely higher than the grass in the front yard.     We walk up to the front door and the smell of freshly smoked pot hit us almost as hard as the blaring AC/DC song screaming from the front window which turned out to be the master bedroom.  The home was in total chaos.  It was sad b/c it look as if two small children lived in the home (by the looks of mattresses thrown on the floor in the princess pink and cowboy blue small bedrooms)  The bathroom was disgusting (as if we could smell anythi...
