Corvallis, OR has a comparably stable real estate market. Our inventory is limited and has always been. Ask somebody who bought a house here in the 70s to 90s and you get this answer a lot: “there was nearly nothing on the market”. This has not really changed. In any given price category there is always just a handful of homes to choose from once you have narrowed down your criteria.
