Franklin Ohio is a small city located in Warren County, south of Dayton and north of Cincinnati. For real estate purposes, many agents place their listings for Franklin in two MLS systems. However, due to Franklin being located in closer proximity to Dayton, a lot of Realtors place their Franklin properties in the Dayton MLS only.It's a shame, there are great Franklin real estate listings on the Cincinnati MLS too. This can cause problems for buyers or sellers that are looking for the best exposure to the homes being sold.
