It looks like the real estate market is still struggling. Commercial deals are still popping up all over. I have a new commercial appraiser if any one would like to give them a try they seem to be coming in at a pretty decent value. Still have my listing on Lilac Glen So if you have a buyer interested the price went down to $495K its a great place. Seller is willing to look at any reasonable offer and they might be convinced to carry a portion of it. Well have a great week and hope to hear from some of you about this home. 06/11/2007
