I was on caravan yesterday viewing properties in Wailea Maui. One beachfront condo that I really liked was at Wailea Elua.  A two bedroom direct oceanfront condo on the beach in Wailea Resort. Wailea Elua is an older complex, but unlike the newer oceanfront condo resorts, there is more land per square foot for each unit. This is a ground floor ocean front unit that is turn key and ready to move into. The unit is tastefully remodeled with a large wrap around lanai to enjoy the green flowing grass leading to the beach. There is 1,259 sqft of living space, and this unit is price at $3,895,000.  If you consider the price of direct oceanfront at Wailea Beach Villas and The new Andaz Hotel, this is a great value. Going scuba diving at Makena Landing, Maui Hawaii This photo is kind of interesting with the double exposure effect of the diver as he walked in front of the camera as I was taking an HDR shot.  It's almost like he's already submerged. Videos comparing ocean views at Wailea Ekolu Resort, Wailea Maui10 Wailea Ekolu PlKihei, HI 96753There's currently 9 Active 2 Bedroom/2Bathroom listings for sale at Wailea Ekolu Village, ranging from $698,000 to $1,098,000.  None are Pending.  The only 1 Bedroom unit is listed for $649,000.Units are either ground floor or second floor, or occassionaly both.  Maintenance fees for the 2BD units are about $680/month.Some Ekolu units have really nice ocean views, while others don't.  Many overlook the Wailea Blue Golf Course.  Some have road noise while others are in very quiet locations.
