On May the 8th the homeowners at The Woods Townhomes met for their annual meeting.  The usual things were discussed such making sure everyone pays their dues and what the money goes for, people letting their pets have "accidents" in the common area where the children play, children leaving their toys unattended, cars speeding through the neighborhood, etc.  This was a good group of people who care for each other and the value of their property.  Not everyone agreed on how to handle each item, but people were respectful of each other's views and decisions were made.
