I had one Seller who had atleast a half dozen CC Monitoring units right out in the open when you entered. When it's "in your face", like in your case & in that case, I'd take it it's assumed there are cameras.

Surveillance. I would think that they would know at that point. I guess it's a duh. We can't assume that people know stuff that we didn't tell them. Even if they saw it with her own eyes or heard it with her own ears.

I don't know why anyone would assume privacy in or on someone else's property in the first place. Just because security and surveillance systems were not available before like they are now, does not mean that there was a right to privacy in these situations.

There has never been an assumption of privacy in someone else's house. Just ask the agent and his girlfriend who made national news in the last couple of years because the were making whoopie is a listed property.

Likely not. Agents and buyers are on private property. Just assume that 'all' showings have surveillance and security devices. That's the way I operate today. You are being watched, monitored and recorded. Act accordingly, just the way it is now.

In NH you so have to notify a dor post if you record sound, but do not for camera only. Anyone can pose to be a buyer, i prefer to talk to an dmeet in person, i put the selling back in selling agent
