You can go to the Leaderboard but I don't know that you can "mass" follow people. And why would you want to? Why don't you decide whom you really want to follow based on their posts?

Look for the most active groups.

To me, this forum is about engagement and that has happened over time. There's no need to necessarily rush.   

I'm with Nina here.  Plus following is not a quick process.

I wouldn't worry about following a lot of people quickly.  Get in the habit of reading posts on a regular basis and follow those who you feel offer value to you and what you want to accomplish in your business.  

Use the Leaderboard or the Membership Roster or just make it a habit to follow members you see when you are commenting on twenty posts each day to earn your points for the day.

You will receive points for following five additional members each day and they will receive points as well. This is an easy way to pay it forward.

I find a great place to find people to follow is on a good featured post by following people who comment with thoughtful comments.

Don't look to follow quickly choose people who's writing interests you

I wouldnt follow everyone, start with the best and the most active. You can scroll to the bottom of the page and click on leaderboard. You can see the top 50 Rainers all on one page. 

Take some time to dig around and find folks you enjoy reading from.  Believe me, random follows usually end in disappointment.  

Follow a few people each day as you are reading different questions, answers, blgs and comments. Follow ones that appeal to you and ones that are informational in their writing.

Search for topics that interest you. Follow those who write insightful posts on the topics.

Read blogs and subscribe as you find interesting people you want to follow regularly.

Choose whatever strategy you want but my advice would be to participate and provide blog content or answers to questions so people choose to follow YOU, and be selective in the people you choose to follow, rather than trying to follow the most people you can.  IMHO, more value that way.

You have to select them. We do not have a TOP 10 but I'm sure there are many characters you can follow here from Q&A.

One person at a time. They must earn it.

Follow those you enjoy reading their posts.   Comment and they usually return the compliment.

You cant follow many people quickly. When you read a few posts by a member and you think you want to read more posts just click on the follow button.
