 A couple I worked with did have a Priest bless each room of a home they bought. 

For that the best remedy is getting a Shinto Priest.

Yes.  Many years ago, I had a foreclosure listing and the couple buying had it spiritually cleansed to insure they would live there in harmony.

Sally and David - Nope, can't say that I have ever had anyone clear a home of negative spirits.

I had a buyer bless her home and the superintendant who was building her home.  They dug holes on each corner of the home  and placed 1500.00 in each home and then burned the money.  Ironically the buyers home burned down 4 years later.

Yes, as well as a few offices!  Hey, if burning sage and other things works for them, why not?

Yes I"ve had had this happen. Sage smudge sticks are what has been used.

Yes. I clear mine frequently as well. Not as much of anything negative, but just to rebalance and refresh and attract good. There are many ways to clear a house and get stale, old or chaotic energy out. A favorite from a Feng Shui master I knew was to twist some grapefruit peel into a bowl of water and set it out for a couple of days. But I also knew a voodoo priestess in LA who would clear a house with rum and cigar! :)

I have never had that happen but I have shown houses that seemed to have a lot of negative energy.

Yes using prayer & burning a sage log from buyers.

It has nothing to do what 'you're into' - it's the buyers or sellers choice. I'm pretty open if they are.

Not that I'm aware of.  I've had a few have concerns over Fung Shui  10-15 years ago, but if anyone had a priest come over to exorcise demons "The Power of Christ Compells You" style, they never told me!

No, not spirits (that I know of), only negative Fend Shui energy by introducing more harmony.

We had a very superstitious client once who did believe that there could be negative spirits and whenever we showed her a house...it had to "feel right" before she entered...

Have never experienced a negative spirit.   Did have a house with "666" in their address, and was on the market longer than I thought. 

Never....and for that I'm thankful.... I'm not into that....

I have heard about this. i just sold a listing where you can see a possible spirit in my photo tour . One potential buyer canceled because of it !

Yes I have.

And they were in appearance exactly like one would expect those to appear. Their own drummer, wisdom created through a life examined, able to live wholeheartedly. They were great listeners, with ears and spirit, and steadfast in following the light that illuminated their path.

Some would call them radical.
Some would call them extreme.
Some would call them Kooks.

I call them 'Friend."

Not that I'm aware of - unless one considers their liquor cabinet as part of the clearance? 

Just recently a buyer did do this, i am not sure of the scientific value, but if it made them happy, i am all for it

Negative furnishings yes negative spirits not that I know about.
