I don't think theres a limit. One is enough for me. A 25% referral fee is plenty for outside my area.
I am licensed in Texas and Colorado and have considered adding another state or two.
I would guess 50? I am only licensed in one.
You would need to investigate the rules of each state to determine whether you can be registered. I don't know if there are residency or other types of rules in any of the states.
Good morning Robert. There is an auctioneer in Oklahoma that is licensed in 38 states. Don't know how he can comply with all the CE requirements. Enjoy your day!
I would say as many as there are reciprocal licensing agreements since residence requirements is usually a factor.
I'm only licensed in one. This is a great questions. I have to agree with Noah Seidenberg ...you could probably be licensed in as many you would like, but who would do that? I can see getting licensed in a several states, but not much more than that.
I agree with Noah Seidenberg , I know an agent that is licensed in Michigan, Indiana and Florida.
How many can you be effective in?
