Yes I did know that and most of the time it is true, though there are a few exceptions.  They are working hard to bring joy to others while enduring great pain on the inside, Robin Williams for example.

I arranged a party to celebrate a special birthday for a neighbor who is very frail and lives alone. It was delightful and I think we all got plenty of sunshine from that event!

I believe this to be true!

Some people see only good things in everything around them. I'm like that. I focus on positive only. My kids are the source of my sunshine even in the darkest moments.

Yep. That's true. 

There are a few people that call me sunshine. I know of what you speak. 

Because it makes me feel good to help others.  It really is that simple.
