I did when the market was in recession. Too busy now to bother with them. But if you want to break into that niche I suggest getting a leading BPO agent as a mentor. That can be someone in AR like Michael Jacobs suggests in his answer.

When the market was down, I was receiving requests for BPO's nearly every day, I could not keep up. I have not had any BPO leads in a while, but I think that is an indication that our market is getting better.
