That's a really good question. Notice I don't ask many questions. I have a great broker. 

Well, my former Broker was so out of touch that I had agents asking me for advice and answers to questions my Broker should have been answering.

The questions are asked of other agents to hear if there is anything handled differently and to get a different point of view.  If it is something on a personal transaction, the person's managing broker is the one to answer.  The agent can certainly show other opinions, but none matter except the agent's managing broker; when push comes to shove.

I always answer my agents questions, and I love this format, because I am finding great fodder for my agents as well.

there are too many broker/owner/managers who are not visible enough in the office to answer some simple questions....

I am the compliance person for our brokerage.  I answer question day and night 7 days a week.  If I don't know the answer I call our attorney.

Brokers would not want to waste their time with most of the questions in this section. Good brokers are available to assist their agents with important issues.

Good morning Evelyn. When I owned my real estate company and now as the owner of my mortgage company, I am always available to answer questions, but will only do it, if I know the answer.

Evelyn - I am fortunate that my principle broker will answer any question that I have, and she is always available. I like to ask questions here to see what others will say, and of course, for the points.
