We use YouTube in all our marketing. They work. The proof is in the closings. I have not used Vimeo but I hear it's easier and more streamline. It's on the to do list.

Youtube and embed them on my sites. Youtube is better than Vimeo for SEO reasons and traffic.
A really cool and free tool is: http://www.vtubetools.com/
This allows you to remove video title and more to give you a clean video player with your youtube video in it. I use this to embed the video on my sites.
