Do any of the agents out there have a salary?

I assume most fellow agents are a 1099, but curious if there are those that receive a salary from the brokerage?

Yes, I know of agents that are on salary. However, their salary is much lower than their commission would be.

When I did training and management plus selling I got a salary but when I gave that up now it is commission only. You learn to live with it and plan accordingly.
