just looking back through some of the old questions and answers, looks like you got some good replies.
There are many that use that ' train your brain" term, so i don't know. I will bet they are training your brain to send them money though.
Evelyn - I sure hadn't heard of it before your question - I guess it follows that ideology that says that you should begin each day with affirmations and avoid the news - that way you start out fresh, in control, and positive.
If it works for you - go for it!
And no I have not, and we also have a train that runs along here near the beach. Both of us read, and learn new things on a daily basis. Sometimes, it is good to shut down and stop training. Let us know how it works out for you. A

I have not heard of it and what is it supposed to do? Create good habits through repetition?
I read about it in our local Metropolitan newspaper, and, of course, they touted it as a huge advantage. But, really, I think that most of it comes from reading and utilizing a lot of other programs that are readily available through the internet and the local library, Evelyn.
Sorry, but I've never heard of this. Is there a web site to look at?
