He has over 11 years of experience in the mortgage industry, which includes owning and operating a mortgage company (All Wisconsin Mortgage) and managing a title & abstract company (All Title Services). During this time, he has reviewed more than ten thousand loan applications and almost double the amount of credit reports. Working within this industry has provided him with in-depth knowledge of the mortgage process and the importance of credit information, the reporting of the information, and scoring of the information.

He has also received extensive training in the dispute/validation process from the nationally renowned credit expert, Edward Jamison. Educational sources include a Credit User Conference, Credit Expert Witness Training Course, and on-going support from John Ulzheimer and Edward Jamison.
He has been a guest speaker on credit at the Madison Area Technical College. He has also been a guest presenter of multiple First-Time Homebuyer Seminars for the Dane County Housing Authority, Keller Williams Realty, Fairway Independent Mortgage, First Choice Mortgage, and Waterstone Mortgage Corporation. He is also the creator and author on an online newsletter entitled "Weekly Credit Tip", which includes topics in all areas of credit, credit building techniques, credit myths, credit education, and updates in the credit scoring, mortgage, and credit card industries. His media coverage includes a news story where he was featured as an expert in credit by Channel 27 WKOW TV and articles written by the Wisconsin State Journal citing him as a source of credit education.
