There’s a special moment that happens when a buyer walks into the home that’s truly the right one. You can see it immediately — that look in their eyes. After more than two decades in real estate, it’s still one of my favorite moments in the entire process.
Stephanie LeFew has been a full-time real estate professional since 2002, bringing more than two decades of hands-on experience helping both buyers and sellers throughout the Tampa Bay region. She primarily serves Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, Polk, and Marion Counties.
Stephanie began her real estate career during the height of the short sale market, quickly developing deep expertise in complex transactions and distressed property solutions. Successfully negotiating those challenging transactions sharpened her ability to advocate for her clients and navigate complicated situations involving lenders, attorneys, title companies, buyers, and sellers.
By 2008, Stephanie expanded her focus to include traditional buyers and sellers, building a well-rounded practice grounded in strategic pricing, skilled negotiation, and thoughtful client guidance.
Over the years, Stephanie has built her business on relationships, reputation, and results. After many successful years in the industry, she launched her own real estate brokerage, allowing her to further focus on delivering personalized service, strong client advocacy, and a high level of professionalism throughout every transaction.
Today, Stephanie is known for her relationship-first approach, clear communication, and strong follow-through. She combines market knowledge with a keen eye for presentation and staging, helping sellers position their homes competitively while guiding buyers with confidence through every step of the process.
Stephanie enjoys working with a wide range of clients including first-time buyers, growing families, move-up buyers, those downsizing, relocation clients moving to the Tampa Bay area, investors, and military families stationed at MacDill Air Force Base.
Her professional designations reflect her commitment to excellence and continuing education. Stephanie holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation (earned in 2018), along with the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), and the RESA® Certified Staging Advocate™ (CSA™) designation.

It is so exciting to me to help First Time Home Buyers. I love to see the look on their face when we find houses that excite them and are exactly what they have been dreaming about.
I love to touch so many people's lives and help to make their dreams a reality. I work hard to negotiate the absolute best deal for my buyers and help to take a lot of the guess work out of the experience, which makes it a fun and exciting experience that they can tell their friends and family about.
I also assist homeowners that need to sell quickly. I actually started out in real estate as a real estate investor. We assisted a lot of people since we started in pre-foreclosures since 2001. I now list the house, find the buyer and negotiate the deal with the banks in a shortsale. Shortsale is what is required when a homeowner owes more than the house is worth, when they are behind in payments. When this occurs, I submit the offer to the bank and negotiate with the Bank in order for them to accept less than what it is worth in order to sell the house quickly, in order to assist the homeowner in selling the house quickly so that they do not have a completed foreclosure on their credit. Although, I have sold houses to people that have had a completed foreclosure. It is not the end of the world, but when foreclosure can be avoided, it is the absolute best thing.

| I always recommend Stephanie if you ever need a good realtor! We used her for buying and selling. A total of 4 times and have never been disappointed. What does she do that other realtors don't? If you are selling a home, she puts out a lot of signs when doing an Open House. Trust me, other homes in my neighborhood, the other realtors were failing and only putting one sign in front of the neighborhood! But not stephanie! She goes outside of neighborhood to let as many people know about your open house. I was amazed on the amount of people she drew and we had so many offers that weekend! This realtor isn't afraid to work long hours, to give u great advice to be ready for open house, and answer all of your questions. She takes the pressure off and we couldn't be any happier. When buying a home, she will take u to whatever your heart desires. She is quick in responding to calls. And if you ever find yourself needing to sell or buy a property, this lady will not disappoint!!! So blessed that we have come across her because buying or selling is stressful and Stephanie will take that stress right off. | We are now proud home owners thanks to the excellent display of professionalism displayed by our realtor Stephanie Lefew. My wife and I recall how thorough yet simple Stephanie was when she explained complex paper work including contracts and disclosures. During the house hunting process our family was blessed with an additional member- our son; our work hours and free time was almost near inflexible, but Stephanie adjusted her time to accommodate us and accompanied us to over 250miles and over 17 hours of distant, travel and tour time.
