Greetings!
I am a Real Estate Investor looking to network with those agents, brokers, investors, and all those interested in the creation of wealth. I teach Real Estate Basics and Real Estate Strategies for a national real estate investment education company. In addition I mentor students one-on-one to help them to send out offers and create a situation that is win for the investor, win for the seller, and good for the economy. I am always looking to work with like-minded indivicuals who are open to creative financing in this tough credit market.
Currently I invest in KCMO as well as in my backyard of Northern Virginia. In addition, I enjoy helping people improve their financies. Reducing debt, finding "safer" ways to invest, and doing business by the Golden Rule.
