I have been staging, redesigning & organizing homes for family and friends for years, just because of the love of it. 

I first realized that home staging would be a success for me after helping a friend prepare her condo for sale in February of 2007.  The property had been on the market for 3 months with several showings and no offers.  I invited myself over and started staging.  I spent the entire afternoon de-cluttering and de-personalizing.  Luckily, the walls were already staged with great colors.  We arranged the furniture so the condo would feel spacious.  No detail was over looked and potential buyers could now imagine themselves living in this beautiful home!!

And guess what... the very next showing she got an offer!!

The Realtor is now a great friend of mine who has encouraged me to become a Home Stager!!
