The solution I offer is for working professionals here in Ridgecrest, CA. I know from experience a lot of adults work during the day and may need to have something notarized or a live scan done, but not have time during their lunch break. By the time they get off from work, everything is closed! Or they may have to schedule an appointment weeks out, which may not be acceptable, especially if they have time-sensitive documents or a job offer that is waiting on a live scan to be done.
To meet this need, I offer my services by appointment in my office, or on a mobile basis practically anywhere in Ridgecrest, Inyokern, and Trona, on lunch breaks, after hours, and on weekends. In most cases, I can schedule requests same-day to meet the needs of the client.
One of my most valuable services is Live Scan fingerprinting. Instead of having to wait several weeks or go out of town, I can usually get clients in same-day or within 2 days of their request. I also have the newest processing software on the market, software that allows me to capture the best quality fingerprints possible, without having to choose between just 3 or 4 captured rolls.
As most Ridgecrest residents know, the air is very dry here in the Mojave desert, which sometimes leads to dry, chapped skin, which makes it harder to capture quality fingerprints. These environmental conditions are also compounded by industrial elements such as those professionals that use heavy chemicals, wash their hands frequently while at work, or handle a lot of paper (all very drying to the skin). Using the combination of my new software, well-maintained equipment, rolling techniques, and dedication to a quality scan, I have not had a single fingerprint transaction rejected by the DOJ in over a year of taking Live Scan fingerprints.
