I've lived in several states as well as in Germany for 3 1/2 years. All total I now have lived in the Washington DC Metro area for over 16 years (longer than I've lived any other place since childhood).  I really believe I can relate to the needs of people moving into and out of the area because of my own personal experiences.  I recognize the challenges faced when making a big move and can help make it not so challenging and overwhelming.  Little tips such as - wear slip on shoes when house hunting so you don't have to re-tie them everytime we go in an out of looking at homes.  Make a note about something unique in any home you like - the elephant lamp, the orange room, etc to help jog your memory.  After looking at more than 10 houses in a day they can all start to blur together.  I work with my buyers and sellers individually to help best meet their needs.  I take great pleasure in keeping in touch and handling followup needs after the sale as well.
