Hi, I'm a REALTOR in Columbia SC, US Army Reserve Officer at Fort Gordon GA, and a Grad student with one more class to go to obtain my MS in Aeronautical Science.  I've spent over 9 years on Active Duty and I thought it was time for a change in my life.  Most people say I'm very brave (or dumb) to leave my comfortable government job and venture into self employment, especially with today's real estate market.  However, I think the real estate market is better than ever and people are still buying and selling homes.  Interest rates at an all time low and affordable home prices, it would be ridiculous to NOT take advantage of today's market.

I gravitated to real estate because I love looking at homes, exploring different neighborhoods, and most of all, helping people find their dream home and helping people prep their home to sell.  It is an incredible joy to help first time home buyers find that perfect starter home.  It is also fun to help investors find fixer uppers and see the end result of home renovation.
