My niche is in developing and integrating internet solutions using low cost open source technology to improve lead generation and visitor retention. I have been involved with the real estate industry for many years but I'm not an agent, broker or directly involved in real estate transactions. I'm pure IT with a specialty in real estate.
I'm very well versed in the area of rapid deployment of websites using open source technology. In particular, I specialize in content management systems such as WordPress and Joomla. Some think of open source as "free software" but it's even better than that. Open source is not only inexpensive, but it gives you full control over your website/application. This means you're not locked into one vendor who can hold your feet to the fire with expensive monthly charges. If you have a question, ask away. I answer all emails usually the same day.
