Get to Know Bill McGowan

Born and raised in North Attleboro, I struck out on my own at age 18 and traveled the country for 4 years, living in a number of places such as Upstate New York, Nantucket Island, various towns on Cape Cod, and Palm Beach, Florida before furthering my education. During that time, I acquired valuable life and work experiences, met many interesting people, then went on to attend Cape Cod Community College, Assumption College, Harvard University, and Northeastern. All of those accomplishments, jobs, events, people and places have contributed toward the person I have become today. My well-rounded education, broad life experiences, and my intense work ethic transferred perfectly to my real estate practice to the point where all of my buyer-clients and sellers are amazed by the high degree of energy, marketing skills, and internet proficiency that I bring to the table, all very much to their advantage. So if you're looking for an agent who isn't afraid to try something new, who works tirelessly toward a specific goal, and uses every imaginable technology to get the job done, then I think we’d get along well and we should talk to each other right away.

I can best be reached via email at McGowanRealtor@gmail.com or via my cell phone at 617.233.7995.

I pride myself in the extreme manner in which I market all of my listings, whether they be an inexpensive studio condo or a lavish, 8,000 square foot estate.  Each listing benefits from professional photographs and online state-of-the-art "Drag-And-Drop" floor plans by http://www.Vis-Home.com , a dedicated website hosted by http://www.AgencyLogic.com and my well-known addiction to internet-heavy marketing and listing promotion.

Great, busy street-level office 1/2-mile south of Harvard University, 1 mile north of MIT. Lots of walk-in traffic and "Cambridge Characters" in abundance.
