Will grew up on the beach, creek and river around Pawleys Island. He was a part of the first class to spend all four years of high school at Waccamaw High. He then attended The Citadel, where he excelled academically, while playing football and rugby. His collegiate achievements include completing the distinguished Harvard University (CMG) course for Facilitation & Mediation. He graduated from the Wyatt School of Real Estate in 2002 and earned his GRI designation in 2005.  Since moving back to Pawleys Island, Will has remained active in the local community by serving in roles such as chairman of the County Accommodations Tax Committee. He and his wife Lauren, along with their son, regularly attend Grace Access Church.  In his limited free time look around the creek, river, or beach.
